Session 1: 30 minutes on general social media best practices for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Session 2: 30 minutes on creating video and content that sticks

Session 3: 30 minutes on understanding the analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights and Twitter Analytics) mean and how you can use them to inform your content strategy.
